Spencer D’Avis joined Bonavista Real Estate Management in July 2023 as Marketing Manager, bringing a background in digital marketing, operational coordination, and brand execution. His expertise in refining complex workflows and implementing data-informed strategies supports Bonavista’s mission to present every property with a consistent and compelling voice.

Spencer leads marketing efforts across the portfolio, managing website content, SEO strategy, listing syndication, and collateral development in alignment with each property’s brand guide. He supports new lease-ups by building out advertising infrastructure for communities without existing materials and ensures brand fidelity during transitions and acquisitions. His responsibilities include producing property collateral, coordinating photography and virtual tours, and managing vendor relationships to ensure campaigns launch on time and align with ownership objectives.

Known for his proactive communication and analytical approach, Spencer works closely with regional leadership and site teams to monitor marketing performance and optimize lead generation efforts. His focus on executional consistency and measurable outcomes reinforces Bonavista’s reputation for high-quality, responsive service.
