Our Management
When Bonavista takes over management, we start with a thorough analysis of past performance, identifying inefficiencies and value-add opportunities. We build a management plan around your property’s strengths and market position, covering marketing strategy, rent positioning, expense control, and detailed budgeting.
We conduct regular inspections to prevent deferred maintenance and liability exposure. For capital projects, we select high-quality, cost-effective vendors and oversee execution at every step.
We handle staffing, training, ongoing development, and payroll (managed by a third party), covering quarterly and annual taxes within our standard fee structure.
