DeAna-Alexandreia Perez

DeAna Perez is a Regional Portfolio Manager at Bonavista Management with more than ten years of experience in multifamily property management. She began her career in military housing, where she managed large residential communities and led initiatives that improved efficiency, service quality, and resident satisfaction. That foundation shaped her straightforward, people-first approach to leadership.

DeAna joined Bonavista in 2024 and quickly became a strong contributor to occupancy growth, smoother operations, and a healthier team culture. She’s known for being hands-on, supportive, and clear in her expectations—someone who invests in her teams and isn’t afraid to jump in when needed.

In 2025, she was promoted to Regional Portfolio Manager and now oversees 17 properties throughout the Seattle area. DeAna continues to focus on building strong teams, maintaining high community standards, and creating places where residents feel at home and employees feel valued.
