John Schiffman joined Bonavista Management in 2017 to lead the maintenance department. With over a decade of hands-on experience in carpentry, construction, and multifamily property maintenance, John brings deep technical knowledge and a proactive leadership style to his role.

John oversees a team of skilled managers, supervisors and technicians responsible for all aspects of property maintenance and apartment turnover across the Bonavista portfolio. Under his leadership, the maintenance team ensures that each property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained, contributing directly to resident satisfaction and asset preservation.

His department collaborates closely with the property management team to address day-to-day maintenance needs, implement preventive maintenance programs, and execute capital improvement projects.
